  • Security & Verification: We use industry-standard encryption and reserve the right to verify payment info.

  • International Orders: Buyers are responsible for all additional fees or customs compliance.

3. Accuracy, IP & User Content We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors. All content on this site belongs to Truss Genius Worldwide, LLC. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use and modify it for business purposes.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Los Angeles County)

  • Venue: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action must be filed exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

  • Mandatory Mediation: Before filing any lawsuit, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through formal mediation in Los Angeles.

  • Attorney’s Fees: In any litigation or mediation to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and legal costs.

5. Limitation of Liability Our services are provided “as is.” Truss Genius Worldwide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

III. RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Truss Genius Worldwide.

REFUND DISCLOSURE: All returns are subject to a 30-day eligibility window. All approved refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee and deduction of all shipping charges. Custom-engineered products and sale items are final sale. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days. Custom products, pre-orders, and digital items are non-returnable.

2. Refunds Upon inspection, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Refunds typically process within 30 days.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services – Custom builds, bulk orders, and engineering services are non-refundable and non-cancelable once production begins. – Downloadable software and gift cards are exempt from returns.

4. Cancellations in Transit Orders already in transit cannot be canceled. Return freight costs and a 20% restocking fee will apply upon product return.

5. Shipping Delays or Losses We are not liable for shipping delays, lost shipments, or partial deliveries caused by carriers. Claim resolution may take 7–10 business days.

6. Sale Items & Exchanges Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

7. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance.

IV. TRUSS & CLAMPS WARRANTY

Our truss and clamp products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for defects in material and welding. This does not cover damage due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.
