Common Rental Questions

What is the minimum rental period?

We offer single-day, weekend, weekly, and monthly rental terms. Minimum rental is typically one day. Contact us for multi-week or long-term project pricing.

Do you deliver and pick up?

Yes. We ship nationwide via freight. Delivery and pickup scheduling is coordinated at time of booking. Local delivery in Southern California may be available — ask when you request a quote.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required to hold your rental reservation. Deposit amount varies by order size. Full details are provided in your rental agreement.

What condition should the truss be returned in?

Equipment should be returned clean and in the same condition as received. Damage beyond normal wear is billed at replacement cost. All hardware, pins, and accessories must be returned with the order.

Can I rent just a few pieces, or do I need a complete system?

Both options are available. You can rent individual straight sections, corner blocks, or accessories à la carte, or request a complete pre-configured system package.

Do you provide assembly instructions or setup support?

Yes. All rental orders include assembly instructions. Our team is available by phone and email for setup questions. On-site support may be available for larger projects — ask us when requesting a quote.
