It allows angular connections from 0 through 180 degrees for arches, closed polygon structures, and custom display frames. A closed structure, external bracing, guying, or another approved restraint method must maintain the final angle.

The TMH replaces a rigid connection where a truss structure needs an adjustable angle. Its hinge range supports flat, folded, and intermediate configurations, but it is not a locking corner. The final angle must be controlled by the complete truss structure or by approved external restraint.
