01 — Inspect Components
Inspect the universal block, mating truss sections, half couplers, M12 bolts, coupler pins, and cotter pins or r-clips. Do not use damaged, worn, bent, or improperly fitting components.
02 — Install the Half Coupler
Position the supplied half coupler at the compatible universal-block connection point and install the M12 bolt as specified by current manufacturer documentation.
03 — Align the Mating Truss
Bring the compatible mating truss section into position evenly. Connection surfaces should close without excessive force or forced alignment.
04 — Pin and Retain
