Once compatible receiver spacing and specified hardware are confirmed, assemble each connection using the current project drawing, compatible mating components, supplied hardware, and approved support or rigging plan. Work on a stable surface with access to inspect every connection position.

01 — Inspect Components
Inspect the junction box, mating truss sections, half couplers, M12 bolts, coupler pins, and r-clips. Do not use bent, cracked, worn, or damaged components.
02 — Position Hardware
Install the supplied half couplers and M12 bolts as specified for the compatible connection points. Confirm that components are seated correctly.
03 — Align Mating Sections
Bring compatible truss sections into position evenly. Connection surfaces should close without excessive force or forced alignment.
04 — Pin and Retain
After alignment is confirmed, install each coupler pin fully and fit an r-clip to every pin before moving, lifting, rigging, or loading the structure.
If a Connection Does Not Close
